A fixed interface is a decision about who gets in.
Every interface encodes an assumption about the body using it. Most encode one. Access is the surface where the interface adapts to the person instead, voice-only where that is the way in, switch access where that is, motion removed where motion is a barrier rather than a preference.
Nothing described on this page is built. It is a 2028 line on a roadmap. What exists today is that the shipping product already honours reduced motion, keyboard operation and screen readers, because those are not a tier.

Why it is not a second product
One engine. Very different rooms.
The adaptation is not a skin. Aria already decomposes a task and decides how to answer it; changing the modality of the answer: spoken, simplified, re-sequenced, slowed, is a routing decision the control plane is already making. That is why this is a room in the same building and not a second building.
Accessibility is not a feature you can announce.

The brand architecture puts the parent name on this tier. That is a decision, not a certainty.
What we will not do
We will not ship an accessibility mode that reaches a different answer than the default one. If the adapted route is worse, the adaptation is broken, and the honest thing is to say so rather than to ship it as an accommodation.
