Corvexal is a research and product company in Chicago. EMBER is its first product, study software that rewrites an explanation until it fits the student reading it, shipping today, free to every student and always will be.
What is being raised is the capital to put the second half on the ground: a physical network of study buildings, five Beacons, one per continent, the first in Chicago in 2028.
Nothing on this page is a projection dressed as a result. Where a number is not measured, it says so.

Five is the whole plan, not the first phase.
A Beacon serves one continent because the acoustic and density limits that make the building work stop scaling before the sixth one is useful. There is no version of this where the number goes up to sell more of it.
How free stays free
The Reservoir, and the floor underneath it.
Work that is shared gets made once and handed to everyone after that. The first student’s question costs something. The five hundredth costs almost nothing.
A person’s own history does not amortise: their portfolio, their error patterns, the conversation they are in right now. That part is linear in users and it never caches.
So the curve flattens. It does not invert. Cost per student falls steeply and then approaches a floor. We know there is a floor. We are measuring where it is, and the number will be published whether or not we like it.
