Museum / method

The work is traceable.

Every imported component has a source, a licence, a record of what moved and a record of what did not.

Four tests before a part moves.

The source can be beautiful and still be wrong for the product. The record is more useful when it includes that answer.

01 / Locate

Find a local source and name the part it contributes. A visual reference is not a licence to copy its code.

02 / Verify

Read the licence, source and limits. A component without a recorded licence is not silently treated as permissive.

03 / Transpose

Keep the useful geometry or interaction. Replace dependencies that create remote runtime requests or a build requirement.

04 / Record

Write what was taken, what changed and where it lives. The Museum is the review surface for that decision.

Rejected item / open the record

A full 3D book with leaf curl and a rendered spine. It did not hold 60fps on a 2GB portrait device, and a two-page spread at 390px fell below the readability floor. The geometry survives; the rendering does not.

Limit

This describes the components already recorded in the Museum. It does not prove that every future contribution will meet the same standard; the record must be extended when new work lands.
